Indian Supreme Court rejects request to hear case against hijab ban

 New Delhi: The Indian Supreme Court has once again rejected the request of a Muslim student for an urgent hearing in a case against the ban on hijab.

The Indian Supreme Court has once again rejected an application for an immediate hearing in a case against the ban on hijab in educational institutions in Karnataka.

The Supreme Court on the request of immediate hearing of the case of ban on hijab of a Muslim student said that there was no hurry to hear the case related to hijab. This issue should not be spread at the national level. We will intervene when the time is right.

The Karnataka student had filed a petition against the interim decision of the Karnataka High Court in the case against the ban on admission of hijab students in educational institutions and had sought an immediate hearing in the case.

India's Supreme Court has already rejected a request to hear a case related to the hijab of Muslim students.
