PCB announces not to include James Faulkner in upcoming PSL

 LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has rejected the statement of Quetta Gladiators player James Faulkner on social media and announced that he will not participate in any of the upcoming PSL seasons and has said that he paid 70% of the money to foreign players. The remaining 30% will be paid after the event.


A Pakistan Cricket Board spokesman said there was no misrepresentation with James Faulkner. Full compliance with the agreement with Faulkner.


The PCB and Quetta Gladiators issued a joint statement calling Faulkner's statement "inaccurate and regrettable" and stating that Faulkner would not be a part of any future PSL.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Quetta Gladiators have issued a joint statement on the baseless allegations made by James Faulkner regarding non-payment during HBL Pakistan Super League 2022.

The statement said that the attitude of James Faulkner is reprehensible and disappointing. Faulkner was also part of the Abu Dhabi stage of HBL Pakistan Super League 2021, where he was treated with respect along with all other members. ۔

The statement said that in the seven-year history of HBL PSL, no player has ever complained of non-payment. On the contrary, all the players have always appreciated the efforts of PCB, most of them. Most players have been a part of HBLPSL since 2016.
