Russia and Ukraine should refrain from aggression and show restraint, Taliban
Moscow: The Taliban, while remaining neutral on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, has called on the parties to show restraint and refrain from violence.
According to the International News Agency, the Taliban has said that its foreign policy on the Russia-Ukraine conflict is completely neutral and that the parties should resolve the dispute through negotiations for lasting peace in the region.

Abdul Qahar Balkhi, a spokesman for the Taliban's foreign ministry, called on the parties to exercise restraint and refrain from actions that could provoke violence in the region.
