Belarus: Talks have begun between Russian and Ukrainian diplomats on the Belarusian border, with the two sides discussing a ten-point agenda.
According to the International News Agency, five days have passed since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in which contradictory claims of killing and harming each other are being made.
Russian troops are just 9km from the parliament in the Ukrainian capital, while other major cities have entered Kharkiv, where fierce resistance is mounting.
