Residence in Saudi Arabia is mandatory for foreign workers. The issuance of residency for foreign workers residing in the country is linked to the issuance of work permits.
Work permits are issued by the Ministry of Manpower. The Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare issues work permits only to foreign workers whose occupation does not fall into the category of Saudiization, according to the Population Law.

In case of expiration of residence, Harub cannot be applied till the residence has been renewed. Within 15 days of the installation, the sponsor can cancel it through his Abshar account.
After a certain period of time, this matter becomes quite difficult for which it is necessary to prove to the concerned Ministry of Manpower by submitting an application to the concerned agency that the wrong file has been filed which should be canceled.
Keep in mind that even such foreign workers who have left the country on leave cannot be filed against.
In order to file a complaint against a worker, it is essential that the documents be completed, in which the worker is in the country and the second residence is valid.
