LONDON: Leading British band British boy Tom Parker has died after a long battle with cancer.
According to a BBC report, the British singer was the lead singer of the boy band. He was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma (tumor) in October 2020.
On the social networking site Instagram, his wife Kelsey Haddock shared the sad news with the fans and wrote that we were devastated to hear this news but we will fight it, we don't want your grief and we together Raise awareness about the disease while exploring all available treatment options.
"I am grateful to all the people who have supported us and helped us fight this scourge," she added.
British singer Tom Parker and Kelsey Headwick were married in 2018, a year after their daughter Aurelia Rose was born and a son was born in October last year.
"We are deeply saddened by Parker's death. He was and will always be part of our family," the band said in a statement.
