Deprived of Muslim justice, Indian Supreme Court refuses to hear Hijab ban case soon

New Delhi: India's Supreme Court has refused to hear a case against the ban on hijab.

The Indian Supreme Court, once again showing impartiality to Hindu extremists, refused to hear the case against the ban on hijab as soon as possible.

A request was made by the Muslim student for an early hearing of the case against the ban on hijab.

Rejecting the petition, the Indian Supreme Court not only barred the Muslim student's lawyer from speaking but also made biased remarks saying that the matter should not be made sensational. The exams have nothing to do with ban on hijab.

The Indian state of Karnataka has banned the wearing of hijab in educational institutions. The Karnataka High Court has ruled in favor of banning the hijab.
