Intel will unveil the world's fastest desktop processor in April

LONDON: Intel says it will soon launch the world's most powerful and fastest desktop processor.

According to the details, this is a 16 core processor of Core i9 12900 KS model which will also be Twelfth Generation 'Special Edition'. It consists of a total of 16 cores, of which eight cores are performance processors and the other eight cores are called efficient cores. It has 24 threads and a 30 MB L3 cache. This time Intel has increased the clock speed of the processor from 5.2 GHz to 5.5 GHz. For this, the power has been increased from 125 to 150 watts.

On the other hand, AMD has also announced its fastest gaming processor priced at 44 449. This is the Resin Seven 5800X3D model. AMD claims that the 3D cache is faster than Intel's new processor, which will be unveiled on April 5.

However, Intel's new processor has an exceptional price tag of around 7 740, which is why consumers and analysts are calling it the most expensive processor.

Intel has said that its new processor is 19% faster than the previous model. This makes it twice as fast as the popular Adobe After Effects scale. Analysts have called the processor a breakthrough.
