WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States is preparing to retaliate against Russia over its use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine, a US newspaper reported on Monday.
According to the US newspaper, a team of US national security advisers called the Tigers is preparing for a counter-attack by Russia, possibly using nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.
