Just five minutes of breathing practice increases the ability to exercise

London: A new study has found that regular breathing exercises before exercise have a special effect on exercise, whether you are old or in the medium term.

Although experts have been considering breathing exercises for some time now, a new study has found that breathing exercises improve the body's metabolism on a daily basis and have a positive effect on lifestyle.

One of the most important ways to breathe is through breathing. Named the 'High Resistance Inspiratory File Strength Training (IMST)'. This technique was introduced to respiratory patients in the 80's with many benefits. It involves inhaling with a manual device while the device creates resistance in it and thus extraordinary force is required to exhale. It strengthens the diaphragm and breathing muscles.

Traditionally, IMST is practiced for half an hour, but according to scientists, even just five minutes of practice has great benefits. If this device is used for breathing exercises then blood pressure is reduced and heart is also strengthened. Even long-term quitting exercise can have positive results.

In another experiment, scientists recruited 35 people over the age of 50. Their two groups were either placed in the High Resistance Training Group or included in the Low Resistance Group. Both groups were exercised for five minutes daily and continued for six weeks.

People who practiced high resistance breathing when they were run on a running belt (treadmill) found their ability to be 12% better than others. On the other hand, 18 different metabolites were found in the body from IMST device which play an important role in generating energy in the body.
