Ganesh Acharya's assistant said that he was informed about the entry of charge sheet. However, Ganesh Acharya has not yet commented on the latest proceedings in the case. According to the complainant, in 2019, Ganesh had asked her to have sex with him if she wanted to succeed in the industry. But the female dancer refused, and six months later the Indian Film and Television Choreographers Association terminated her membership.
The female dancer even claimed that in a meeting in 2020, the choreographer allegedly abused her and assaulted her aides.
