Meta has announced the launch of Horizon on its website and smartphone

SAN FRANCISCO: Facebook's founding company Meta announced the 3D-enabled social media platform Metavers (actually Horizon) a few months ago. However, to make full use of it, a special design has been announced for its website version and smartphone.

If that happened then we would all be able to see Facebook in a whole new way and a lot of people would move to it.

Facebook's parent company Meta immediately realized that Horizon's 3D model could not be limited to virtual reality headsets such as Quest and has now announced work on its web version.

The apparent reason for this is that the use of Horizon requires a special Achilles headset to be worn on the face, which is not available to everyone due to its high cost. On this occasion, Meta officials felt that if a large number of people are to be brought here, it is necessary to present it on a common platform for which no specific hardware is required.

Some analysts have welcomed it, but did not say when. However, Meta Horizon Vice President Vivek Sharma said that by the end of the year, the version of Horizon will be available for regular smartphones. Similarly, Facebook users have also shifted to it. Not only this, with the help of Meta company Horizon also comes to the game console.

Two days ago, Meta announced the incentives for the developer who created Horizon tools and facilities and also explained the details.
