 In Saudi Arabia, the residency number of foreigners is used to perform all official duties. Traffic challans or other violations are registered on the residence number.

The licensing agency is responsible for handling foreigners' housing matters. Residences are issued and renewed by the licensing agency.

Regarding the traffic challan, a questioner asked, "Are there any traffic challans on the residence of the worker? Can the residence be renewed?"

In response to a question, Jawazat said that the residence or driving license of such foreign workers against whom any kind of fine is due cannot be renewed till the challan amount is paid.

Regarding anti-traffic charges, the justices said that timely payment of challan is essential, in case of non-payment, residence cannot be renewed and other government matters cannot be carried out.

It should be noted that residency number in Saudi Arabia is linked to all government affairs. Any kind of violation or challan is registered on the residence number only.

In case of challan, the feeds are automatically fed into the licensing system and the stay of the foreigner is recorded as a violation till the challan amount is paid.

Apart from the challans registered for traffic violations, renewal of stay and exit promise etc. cannot be issued for non-payment of other violations.

In this regard, the licenses said that until the goods purchased in installments are paid, the exit bath visa cannot be issued.

It should be noted that in terms of payment, if someone has bought a car in installments or he is responsible for mobile, internet, electricity bill, etc., then even in this case, his exit visa will not take a final exit.

There are no obligations left for a final exit visa. In case of arrears, they are registered in the file of the foreign worker and exit cannot be imposed till all the payments have been completed. In addition, if a vehicle is registered in someone's name, his exit will not be imposed until the vehicle is removed from his name.

Final exit visa can be applied only after selling the car or transferring it to someone else, not before.
