KARACHI: The price of gold rose by Rs 800 per tola in the domestic barter markets, reaching an all-time high.
According to Express News, the price of gold per ounce fell by ڈالر 2 in the international bullion market and reached 192 1926 per ounce in the world market. The price of gold increased by Rs 800 and Rs 686 respectively and gold prices reached the highest level in history.
As a result of the increase in prices, the price of gold per tola increased to Rs. 132,800 in the barter markets of Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. While the price of ten grams of gold increased to Rs. 113,855 and reached a new high of three levels. On the other hand, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at Rs. 1520 and the price of 10 grams of silver remained unchanged at Rs. 1303.15.
