Australia's federal court has ordered Google to pay more than $ 500,000 in damaging a politician's reputation from YouTube videos.
According to the French news agency AFP, John Barilroo, when he held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of New South Wales in 2020, uploaded a series of videos on YouTube.
The comedian, known as 'Friendly Judges', made videos in Italian tone, accusing John Barilro.
Barilrov described the videos as racist and wept in court watching a video watching a video, which was filmed by Friendly Judizz in a luxury house which was rented by a politician.
"I am in shock," he said in court.
In the late 2021, matters were settled between John Barilro and comedian, whose real name is Jordan Shanks, under which Jordan agreed to issue an apology and amend the videos.

These videos have been viewed more than a million times on YouTube.
Google, who owns YouTube, initially defended the case, but the search company later withdrew from its position.
Justice Steven Rearis has ordered the payment of damages by holding Google responsible for the damage to Barilro's reputation since December 2020.
John Barilro's lawyers wrote a letter to the company demanding removal of 'humiliating' videos.
The judge said in the judgment that Barlero had to leave a public office ahead of time because of the publication of Google videos. He resigned from Parliament in October 2020 and was shocked.
