Changing the recruitment procedure in Indian forces, 'Dura Employment only four years'

 Indian forces officers are changing their way of recruiting lower -level recruitment from the rank to send young and healthy soldiers to the borders.

According to Reuters news agency, many of these new recruits will be employed four years.

At present, the Army, Navy and Air Force recruit separate personnel in India, whose tenure is at least 17 years.

Under the new system, men and women aged 17 and a half years will be recruited into the Armed Forces Forces and a large number of them will be four years.

According to the government, 46,000 troops will be recruited for four years this year, it is likely that at the end of the term, the fourth of them will be left on the job.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh told reporters in the presence of the three forces chiefs that "the project will improve the security of the country and give the youth a chance to be part of the military service."

According to military officials, the new system called 'Agni Patha' (fire path) will be a source of the average age of the Armed Forces.

The highest number of Indian forces is the Army, according to General Manoj Pandey, due to the new project, the current average age of the army will be reduced from 32 to 26.

According to the Minister of Defense, "young people can be easily trained on new technology and their health quality will be better. When these people go out of the job, the talented workforce will be available to the institutions. '
