Retired from Owen Morgan International Cricket, 'This was not an easy decision'

 The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced that England captain Owen Morgan, who won the World Cup, has immediately retired from international cricket.

According to the French news agency AFP, in a statement issued by the ECB on Tuesday, Owen Morgan said, "After much deliberation, I have come here to immediately announce retirement from international cricket." '

However, this year, 35 -year -old batter faced performance and fitness issues.

Owen Morgan said, "Of course, after the most pleasant and beneficial chapter of his career, this was not an easy decision."

In the first two matches of the recent one -day series with the Netherlands, Morgan was out at zero, after which he refused to play the third match himself.

He is one of the highest runs in ODIs and T20s from England. Owen Morgan has played 225 ODIs and 115 T20 matches from England.

But in the last 28 matches of both formats, they only made two half centuries. This performance forced them to retire.
