The Hajj sermon will be broadcast live in 14 languages

 The head of the administration of the two holy shrines, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, has said that the Hajj sermon will be broadcast live from Arafat Square in 14 languages, which will reach 150 million people.

According to the lesson website, Dr. Al-Sudais made the announcement on Thursday in the presence of senior officials of the administration.


Dr. Al-Sudais said that the Hajj Sermon will be delivered in English, French, Urdu, Persian, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, Turkish, Malawi, Hindi, Spanish, Tamil and Swahili with the latest technology and equipment.

Dr. Al-Sudais said that the program of offering live translation of Hajj sermon from Arafat Square is the largest global program of its kind. It will send a message of tolerance and moderation from the land of peace and security.

Dr. Al-Sudais said that last year the Hajj sermon was broadcast from Arafat Square in ten languages. Our goal was to reach 50 million, but 100 million people benefited.
