Bollywood producer Sandeep Singh receives death threats

 Bollywood film industry producer Sandeep Singh has received death threats.

According to Indian media, producer Sandeep Singh on Thursday lodged an FIR with the local Mumbai police station alleging that he had received death threats on Facebook.

He was told, "Don't worry, just like Sadhu Musa Wala has been shot dead, you will be killed in the same way, wait and remember."

Police have registered a case and started investigation into the death threats received by Sandeep Singh.

Salman Khan and his father Saleem Khan were also threatened in June this year after the murder of Sadhu Musa Wala.

Salman Khan's father Saleem Khan was walking in the local park when he was given a slip by an unknown person on which it was written that 'Saleem Khan, Salman Khan, very soon your condition will be like that of Musa Wala. '

Police stepped up security for the two after the threat, but it was not immediately clear if the threat was made by gangsters Goldie Barr and Lawrence Bishnoi, who were involved in the murder of Sadhu Musa Wala.

Sandeep Singh has produced films like 'Aligarh', 'Sarabjit', 'Bhoomi', 'PM Narendra Modi' and 'Jhand'. Leela Ram has been a co-producer of 'Leela', 'Meri Kom' and 'Gabar Uz Bek'.

It may be recalled that the famous Punjabi singer Sadhu Musa Wala was killed on May 29 in Mansa district of Indian Punjab.
