California: Famous Hollywood actor Brad Pitt has bought author DL James' historic home on the coast of California called 'Seward'. The price of this house is 40 million dollars (Rs. 4 crores). 58-year-old Brad Pitt has become the owner of a lavish bachelor pad. According to the Daily Mail, the actor paid $40 million for the century-old 1918 home and is believed to be the most elaborate property ever purchased in the area.
The house was designed by famous 20th century architect Charles Summergreen for author DL James. James who wrote the novel Famous All Over Town.
The property is close to Brad's $5 million mansion, allowing the actor to commute easily. The construction of the house is designed with timber, including sandstone and granite.
