Spain's 36-year inflation record has been broken

Madrid: Due to the situation arising from the Russia-Ukraine war, inflation in Spain broke a 36-year record.

According to the World News Agency, inflation has also affected European countries badly. The prices of essential commodities are increasing day by day.In this regard, the ongoing report of the National Statistics Office of Spain has revealed that the 10.8 percent increase in inflation this month broke the record of September 1984 in the country's history.

Like many other countries, the reason for the increase in the prices of essential goods in Spain is the sharp rise in the prices of petroleum products at the global level. Business activities that started after the long lockdown during the Russia-Ukraine war and Corona are also the cause of inflation.

EU countries are relying more on their own currency to break inflation, but this strategy does not seem to be working, and even in developed countries, inflation has affected the economy and increased unemployment.
