 China has issued a stern warning to the Biden administration over the US House Speaker's visit to Taiwan.

According to the Reuters news agency, Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taiwan is expected in August next month, to which China has reacted strongly.

Reuters quoted sources as saying that China has warned more strongly this time than in the past.

The Chinese government has personally communicated its response to the US administration and possibly threatened military action.

The White House's National Security Council and the State Department have not yet made a statement in this regard.

It should be noted that China has increased military installations and military activities in the South China Sea around Taiwan in order to pressure the Democratic Republic of Taiwan to recognize Chinese sovereignty.

On the other hand, Taiwan's government maintains that its more than two million people have the right to decide their future and can defend themselves in case of an attack by China.

After news of Speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit emerged, China's foreign ministry issued a statement the next day saying it would harm China's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and the United States would suffer the consequences.

Earlier, in an interview given to the American TV channel CNN, President Joe Biden said that the United States is determined to defend Taiwan, in response to which China warned that the United States should be careful on the Taiwan issue Work should be done.

The US also had to explain that there has been no change in the US policy on the issue of Taiwan.

It should be noted that the military tension between Taiwan and China has reached the worst level in 40 years.
