Special Central Court Judge Ijaz Awan heard the FIA money laundering case. Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz did not appear. The lawyer said that Hamza Shehbaz has severe pain in his back, Shehbaz Sharif could not come due to bad weather and the doctor has forbidden him to travel by road.
The FIA prosecutor said that not Shehbaz Sharif but Hamza Shehbaz's appearance is an objection to the plea of pardon, the accused stopped appearing as soon as the bail was granted. FIA has submitted the death certificate of accused Maqsood Chapdasi. The court ended the proceedings of the case to the extent of Malik Maqsood.
The FIA prosecutor said that records of 19 bank accounts of Salman Shehbaz have been found, the records of 7 banks are yet to come, the records of the properties of Salman Shehbaz that were found have been submitted.
Adjourning the hearing of the case till September 7, the court approved the pleas of Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza and summoned both the accused for the next hearing.
