Suzuki announces new prices: Which model will be available for how much?

 After increasing the prices of Toyota and Honda vehicles, Suzuki has also made its vehicles more expensive in Pakistan.

According to the details regarding the new prices, Alto VX has increased from 14 lakh 75 thousand to 17 lakh 89 thousand rupees, while the price of Wagon RVXR has also increased by about five lakh rupees and the price has increased by 20 lakh. It has increased from 84 thousand to 25 lakh 49 thousand. 

Similarly, the price of Alto VXR has increased to Rs 20 lakh 79 thousand, while the price was Rs 17 lakh 33 thousand till a few days

Alto AGS has increased from Rs 19 lakh 51 thousand to Rs 23 lakh 39 thousand.

According to the new prices, now Wagon RAGS 29 lakh 49 thousand, Cultus VXR 28 lakh 89 thousand, Cultus VXL 31 lakh 59 thousand, Cultus AGS 33 lakh 79 thousand, Swift GLMT 33 lakh 49 Will get in thousand.

Similarly, the price of the Swift GLCVT has increased by almost six lakh rupees from Rs 29 lakh 98 thousand to Rs 35 lakh 99 thousand.

The new price of Swift GLX CVT has been increased to 39 lakh 59 thousand, while earlier it was selling for 32 lakh 98 thousand rupees.

The new prices of other vehicles Ravi, Bolan Van and Bolan Cargo have been fixed at 14 lakh 99 thousand, 15 lakh 79 thousand and 13 lakh 15 thousand rupees respectively, which means that the prices of these models have increased by two to three lakh rupees.

 It may be recalled that on July 30, Honda had increased the prices of the vehicles, while earlier a similar step was taken by Toyota.


Honda had announced an increase in the prices of all its vehicle models from Rs. Honda City CVT has increased to Rs 41 lakh 99 thousand after an increase of Rs 8 lakh 10 thousand, while the City CVT 1500 cc will be available at Rs 44 lakh 49 thousand with an increase of Rs 8 lakh 50 thousand.

It should be remembered that the two major car manufacturing companies in Pakistan, Toyota and Suzuki, have announced to partially close their plants from next month due to the unavailability of raw materials and instability in the value of the rupee.

According to the British news agency Reuters, officials of Toyota and Suzuki said that this decision was made in view of the unavailability of raw materials due to import restrictions and exchange rate fluctuations.

Ali Asghar, chief executive of Indus Motor Company Limited, the maker of Toyota vehicles in Pakistan, told Reuters that "Next month there will be 10 working days only if the central bank allows us to open a letter of credit based on our commitment." Gives.'

He said that the company is offering refunds to customers who are facing delays in the delivery of vehicles.

"Delivery may be delayed by at least three months and prices will be revised as the country does not have available dollars."


Shafiq A Sheikh, head of public relations at Pak Suzuki Motors, which assembles Suzuki vehicles locally, said, "The restrictions have adversely affected the clearance of import consignments from the ports."

He said that the plant may be closed in August as a result of non-availability of raw materials.

According to Shafiq Shaikh, "if this situation remains, we may have to face big problems during August."
