According to Taliban officials, the bomb was installed in a carriage and three people were also injured due to its explosion. In this context, Khalid Zardan, the spokesman of Kabul Police Chief, said that the incident took place in the western part of Kabul.
He also expressed fear that the death toll may increase. On the other hand, Daesh accepted the responsibility of the incident.
