A streaming joint venture between HBO Max and Discovery Plus

 Executives from Warner Bros.' HBO Max and Discovery Plus have revealed their plans to launch a new streaming service in the summer of 2023 that will co-screen their offerings.

According to Arab News, following a meeting with investors yesterday, it was revealed that the two companies have defined the scope and strategy of their streaming ambitions and announced that the services will be offered free of charge.

The unique platform aims to reach 130 million subscribers by 2025 and will feature all the content that has so far been shown on HBO and Discovery Plus.

David Zislon, chief executive officer of Discovery Warner Bros., praised the new company and said, "The reality is that there are only a handful of companies worldwide that can do what we do, and with that in mind, we believe that we can No one can do it better.


The CEO of Discovery Warner Bros. has not yet revealed the name of the service, but has said that it will launch in the US next year and then expand globally in the coming years.

David Zislow has reiterated the company's intention to prioritize quality over quantity, along with a broader plan to increase customer base.
