Camel fair continues in Taif, prizes of 56 million riyals are set

 The biggest fair of the country is going on in the city of Taif, Saudi Arabia, where prizes of 56 million riyals are set for the camel race.

According to the lesson website, the biggest prize in the camel race competition is the Crown Sword, which will be awarded to the owner of the camel with the highest overall points in the competition.

The fair will last for 44 days with a total of 600 rounds and points are awarded for placing in the competition.

14843 camels are competing in the competition while the owners are from Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Sudan and USA.

Speed tests are conducted between different breeds of camels, while there are also competitions between camels belonging to the same breed.
