Adhering to Iqama rules in Saudi Arabia is mandatory for all expatriate workers residing in the Kingdom. Exit and re-entry are issued for a specified period.
Such workers are blacklisted for a limited period in case they do not return within the stipulated period given for exit and promise.
Those who violate the law of exodus and promises are included in the category of 'Kharj wil-yaad'. The ban on breach of exit pledge applies only to foreign workers and does not apply to workers' families.
A person on Twitter of Juzaat inquired, "Is violation of exit and promise 'Kharj wil-e-yaad' Kokefil canceled?"
In this regard, Juzaat said that those who are guilty of violating the law of exodus and promises are included in the category of 'Kharj wil-e-yaad'.Such persons who are included in the category of Kharj Wilm Yad are blacklisted in the Kingdom for 3 years, those persons cannot come to Saudi Arabia during the prohibited period on any other work visa.
It should be noted that the term Kharj wil-e-ead is reserved for such persons who do not return after going to exit and re-entry.
Breach of exit promise is considered one month after exit re-entry deadline. According to the Jurisdiction Act, the sponsor also has the right to include the worker in the said category if he does not return within the stipulated period.
Under the self-certification system, the worker is included in the said category six months after the expiry of the exit promise period.
Under the immigration law, the sponsor cannot change the status of persons who are included in the relevant category regarding the violation of the promise of departure.
In this regard, it has been provided by the authorities that the sponsor of the persons in the above mentioned category, if they wish, they can invite them to the country during the prohibited period after issuing the second visa, otherwise such persons who are included in the category of Kharj wil-e-eed. They can enter the country on the work visa of the other sponsor only after the prohibited period has passed.
Keep in mind that some people make a fundamental mistake in calculating the prohibited period, due to which they are deported from the airport as soon as they arrive in Saudi Arabia.
Even if there are a few days remaining in the prohibited period, they are not allowed to come to the Kingdom, so those who are in the category of violation of the Exit and Promise Law should determine the period according to the prevailing calendar in Saudi Arabia so that in a difficult situation.
