The managing committee of 'Al-Ahiya Al-Ashwaiya' (Unorganized Neighborhoods) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, has issued notices to the residents of Qawiza neighborhood on Sunday, August 14
According to the notice, the demolition of unorganized houses and shops of Qawiza Mahal will be started from September 4.

The committee says that "it is looking at the issues of transfer of goods to the houses, buildings and shops under the demolition, provision of food baskets to the victims, permanent accommodation, temporary accommodation and compensation".
It should be remembered that the goal of the management committee of unorganized neighborhoods is to raise the quality of the demolished neighborhoods and build them on modern lines and provide all the needs to the residents of these neighborhoods.
The committee will provide basic facilities like health, education and housing to the residents of the slums.
In the statement, the committee said that 28 neighborhoods have been demolished so far. A total of 32 neighborhoods are scheduled to be demolished. 4 neighborhoods are left and this work will be completed in October.
