The final text of a proposed new nuclear deal with Iran has been sent to Washington and Tehran, raising hopes that the deal could be revived.

"What can be discussed has been discussed, and it is now in the final text," said Joseph Borrell, the EU's top foreign and security policy official.
"Behind every technical issue and every paragraph there is a political decision that needs to be taken in the capitals (Washington and Tehran)," he said.
However, significant challenges remain for a renewed agreement.
European officials urged Iran to drop its "unrealistic demands" that do not fall within the scope of the original deal, particularly the International Atomic Energy Agency's investigation into Iran's undeclared nuclear material. are related.
Iran's chief negotiator Ali Bagheri-Kani has returned to Tehran for political consultations, but the final decision will be made by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
On the other hand, the United States said that the new draft is the only and best source on which an agreement can be reached.
