The first women's scout camp in Saudi Arabia

 A ladies scout camp in the Baha region has made headlines in the Saudi media where 100 female students are participating for the first time in history.

  The camp is under the Ministry of Education. In this, representative students of 9 educational institutions belonging to different provinces and commissionerates of the state and scout commanders are participating.

According to Al-Arabiya Net, Advisor Secretary Education Program Dr. Iman Al-Faridi said that the camp is the first in the history of Ladies Scouts.

In the coming days, ladies scouts camp will be established in all regions of the kingdom. Next week, this camp will move from Baha to Asir region and then will be installed in Al-Ahsa. Through this, scout activities will be promoted and national values will be strengthened.

Al-Faridi said that this type of camp will help the female students to fulfill their national duties.

The female students receiving training in the scouts camp will serve the pilgrims of Umrah and Hajj and bring glory to the nation. National, regional and international scouts will be able to play a role in voluntary activities.
