The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has said that instead of the 'Itmarna' app, 'Nasq' has been released for the convenience of Umrah pilgrims coming to Saudi Arabia.
According to Al Arabiya Net, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said in a statement on Wednesday that 4 crore 34 lakh 32 thousand 985 Umrah permits were issued through the Itimrana app. Now a new app 'Nask' has been introduced in its place.

Remember that Aitmarna app was introduced two years ago. Umrah pilgrims from 213 countries were facilitated in issuing Umrah permits. 63 lakh 63 thousand 288 permits have been issued for prayers in Masjid Nabawi Riaz al-Jinnah.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has asked the Umrah pilgrims coming from within and outside the Kingdom to use Nasik App now, which has been replaced by Itimrana App.
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah introduced the Itimrana app on September 27, 2020 as part of precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. It was made effective for Saudi nationals and resident foreigners from 14 October 2020.
It should be noted that the Nasik app has been designed in collaboration with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and Tourism Authority and various packages have been introduced in it.
Through Nisak, Umrah pilgrims can book all the necessary items, packages, hotel and taxi bookings and other services for travel apart from visa.
Umrah companies will also provide their services through the app, while the earlier working website 'Maqam' will also continue to work temporarily.
