STOCKHOLM: Drinking four or more cups of tea a day can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, a study has found.
The study, which was presented at the annual event on diabetes studies in Stockholm, found that drinking coffee, green tea or oolong tea daily over a period of more than 10 years increased the risk of developing diabetes. 17 percent had decreased.
