The National Transformation Program under the Saudi Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare has said that the share of women in the Saudi labor market has reached 32.9 percent and the rate of women in managerial positions has reached 39 percent.
According to Akaz newspaper, the Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare is taking steps to empower women in various sectors of the labor market and to give them the opportunity to play their role in greater numbers in order to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The National Transformation Program has made all sections of the society a part of the labor market by introducing various schemes and has increased their numbers.
The National Transformation Program achieved these goals through key initiatives such as the Disability Care Institute, launching appropriate programs and establishing support platforms.
Government institutions mobilized government institutions for the disabled. It has drawn attention to their rights and created an institution to ensure a dignified life.
Awqaf Department launched an online 'Waqfi' platform. It aims to involve the community in funding developmental waqf projects and provide a sustainable financial budget for the non-profit sector. The Waqfi platform is to provide opportunities to meet the developmental preferences and needs of different sections of the society.
At the end of the second quarter of 2022, the number of non-profit organizations in Saudi Arabia has reached 3436.
Compared to the second quarter of 2017, the growth rate is 110.5% higher.
