Indian cricketer Tania Bhatia's luggage stolen from London hotel

 Indian women's cricket team's wicketkeeper batsman Tania Bhatia's luggage was stolen from a hotel in London.

On Monday, Tania Bhatia on social networking site Twitter reported the theft of valuables in her tweet.

Tania Bhatia said in her tweet that "To the surprise and disappointment of the management of the London Marriott Hotel Maidwell, someone broke into my private room and stole my wallet, cards, watches and jewelry."

In her second tweet, Tania Bhatia said that "I am hoping that this matter will be solved and investigated soon, the lack of security in the hotel adjacent to the England Cricket Board is very surprising."

In response to Tania Bhatia's tweets, the hotel has assured cooperation.

The Indian Women's Cricket Team is currently on a tour of England where they have swept the England Women's Team in a three-match ODI series.

Hailing from Chandigarh, Tania Bhatia has played two Tests, 19 ODIs and 53 T20 matches for the Indian Women's team.
