75 people have been killed so far in the crackdown and violent incidents of the security forces against the protestors. Security forces have arrested 1200 people including 17 journalists. Internet service is suspended in different areas of Iran.
The government of Iran summoned the ambassadors of Britain and Norway and recorded a protest, accusing it of interference in the country's internal affairs and unilateral coverage. 220 Mehsa Amini, who was in police custody, died of a heart attack on September 16. Mehsa Amini was arrested in Tehran for not wearing hijab.
