 Red Sea Development Company in Saudi Arabia has unveiled its design plans for a state-of-the-art Marine Life Institute.

According to Arab News, the 10,340-square-meter institute is set to attract tourists and marine lovers from around the world and promote conservation-based research.

Located at Triple Bay Marina in Amala, the three-storey structure will be designed to mimic coral shapes and rock patterns.

This one-of-a-kind project will promote sustainable and innovative practices to reduce water wastage, pollution and prevent erosion.

The Red Sea Marine Life Institute will hold a combined capacity of 650 guests and will begin its magical journey with a 'grand reveal' of the world's largest man-made reef.

Guests will be taken on a range of activities including walking underwater trails, snorkeling with rare species, exploring research labs and diving deep into the Red Sea in a submarine.
