Saudi Arabia has introduced a platform titled 'Adras Fai Al-Saudiya' (Study in Saudi Arabia) to facilitate students from 160 countries. The Ministry of Education will issue short-term and long-term study visas under this.
According to Al-Arabiya Net, the Saudi Cabinet has decided to issue short-term and long-term educational visas. This will benefit the students and scholars in the universities. This visa will be issued to them.

The Ministry of Education said that this visa will also be issued to teachers and scholars. The short-term visa will be for one year and the long-term visa will be issued for a full academic program.
The Ministry of Education says that students from 160 countries will be able to benefit from this scheme. An opportunity to record data in 9 languages will be provided. Visa applications will be submitted to the concerned authorities. Besides, the educational process in the country will be made easier. There will be no sponsor requirement for foreign students.
It should be noted that Saudi Arabia has approved the scholarship scheme for Pakistan. Both the countries are linked by various programs of education, teaching and research. Pakistani students and scholars will also be among the beneficiaries of the new scheme.
