 The Saudi Ministry of Commerce has banned online trading centers from entering all required information in the payment, cargo and bill.

According to Akhbar 24, the Ministry of Manpower has taken 10 steps regarding online businesses.

The ministry has banned online trading centers from giving more than one option to a buyer for cargo. Ensure that there is no delay in the delivery of goods. Facilitate the transaction cancellation process. Follow the procedure in such a way that the user does not suffer from any ambiguity. Expand the scope of delivery of goods. Ensure access of goods to all regions of the kingdom. Do not limit it to the big cities of Saudi Arabia.
The Ministry of Commerce has also imposed a ban on online businesses to facilitate the payment of transaction amount to the customers. Different payment options should be provided including 'madi' card and credit card.

Make the refund process simple and easy in case of deal cancellation. No excuses should be used in this. The commercial centers should submit their performance report to the Ministry of Commerce in accordance with the prescribed schedule.

The Ministry of Commerce has said that commercial centers doing business online have also been urged to offer goods in plain Arabic. Tell the user about the features of the product, how to use it. Modern technology should be fully utilized for exchanging and returning goods. All measures should be taken to make online business credible in the eyes of consumers.
