Foreigners living in Gulf countries can be issued tourist visas to visit Saudi Arabia, but three professions are exempted.
The Saudi Ministry of Tourism has said that "Iqama holders residing in Gulf countries and their accompanying families or domestic staff can get tourist visas online".
The condition for this is that the people living in the Gulf countries have at least three months remaining in their residence.
"Furthermore, the occupation of a foreigner residing in the Gulf state should not be labor, nurse or driver".
It should be noted that Saudi Arabia has announced to provide the facility of online tourist visa issuance to foreigners residing in the Gulf countries, including those who have obtained visas from Shenzhen, the United States and the United Kingdom.
