Hi card holders how to get free visa to Saudi Arabia?

 The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an e-Visa service for the 'Hiya' card holders of the Football World Cup 2022 to be held in Qatar.

According to the Saudi news agency SPA, the Saudi Foreign Office has said in a statement that "Haya card holders will be issued a visa to Saudi Arabia free of charge."

The Saudi Foreign Office says that HIA card holders can get visa online from a common platform to come to Saudi Arabia.

The statement said that fans of the Football World Cup in Qatar who are HIA card holders can apply for a visa through the e-platform https://visa.mofa.gov.sa.
