Reshuffle of Kuwaiti cabinet, appointment of new Minister of Foreign Affairs and Petroleum

 Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah has reorganized the cabinet by issuing a new decree on Sunday, October 16.
