The Tourism Minister further said that the Tourism Development Fund is playing an important role in the state. The fund has supported one billion riyals for the success of more than fifty tourism projects.
He said that Saudi Arabia is co-supporting many attractive tourism projects. Work on Neom and Red Sea project is in progress. These will become the hub of marine tourism worldwide in the near future. They will provide employment opportunities to Saudi citizens.
He further said that the Saudi youth are ready to take responsibility for the promotion of tourism. The Ministry of Tourism will conduct training programs for those interested in this sector. An annual budget of one hundred million riyals has been allocated.
