Jakarta: 44 people were killed and more than 300 injured in an earthquake in the Indonesian island of Java.

In foreign media reports, it has been mentioned with reference to the Indonesian authorities that several buildings collapsed due to the earthquake in the Indonesian island of Java on Monday morning. Many people are buried in the rubble of the buildings. According to the reports so far, 44 people have been killed by the earthquake.
