A tanker collided with several vehicles on the Pune-Bangalore highway in Hart, injuring 38 people.
According to fire brigade officials, 38 people were injured in the traffic accident while 48 vehicles were severely damaged.
Indian authorities say that an investigation has been launched to find out the causes of the accident.
