Manama: The British Foreign Secretary has accused Iran of spreading bloodshed from the Middle East to Ukraine while addressing an event in Bahrain.
According to the World News Agency, the British Foreign Minister, while addressing a dialogue conference in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, severely criticized Iran and Russia, calling both of them a threat to world peace.
British Foreign Secretary James Cleverley accused Iran of spreading bloodshed from the Middle East to Ukraine, saying that allies should work together to counter Iran's aggressive ambitions.
James Cleverley added that Iran has become increasingly nuclear-powered and is expanding its arsenal, which threatens the whole of Europe.The British Foreign Minister also criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin's aggressive policy and called Russia a threat to world peace. The world is facing food shortage due to Russia's aggression in Ukraine.
According to James Cleverly, war-torn countries like Syria, Yemen and Lebanon are suffering the most from this global food shortage, which were already mired in humanitarian emergencies and economic crises.
It should be noted that Ukraine, the United States and the Western alliance had accused Russia that the suicide drones that Ukraine launched were supplied by Iran, and on this basis various Iranian companies were also banned.
At first, Iran was silent on this accusation, but later the Iranian Foreign Minister acknowledged the sale of drones to Russia and took the position that when these drones were supplied, the Ukraine war was not remotely known.
