Poonam Pandey is also accused of developing her own mobile app 'The Poonam Pandey', shooting videos with the help of Kundra's company and uploading them on the app for financial gain.

Similarly, Shirley Chopra's videos were also shot while Jhanjhanwala is accused of helping and encouraging the model by scripting and directing the stories.

The charge sheet also charged Prime OTT's Swajit Chaudhary and Kundra's crew member Umesh Kamath for allegedly creating and uploading the obscene web series 'Prem Pagalani'.

Those accused of distributing Fahs films include Ryan Thorpe, IT chief of Rajkandra's firm Viaan Enterprises, Singapore-based Yash Thakur alias Arvind Shrivastava and Rajkandra's London-based brother-in-law Pradeep Bakshi.

In its chargesheet, the cyber police claimed that the accused distributed obscene videos on various OTT platforms for financial gain. His cameraman was also involved in this work.

The cyber police also alleged that full director Raj Kundra's company not only aided in the crime but also encouraged him for financial benefits when he knew it was a cognizable offence.

Also they were looking for more models who have acted in porn videos or web series.

It may be noted that in April 2021, Mumbai Police's crime branch filed its own separate chargesheet, while in September of the same year, a supplementary chargesheet in the sensational prostitution racket case came to light after a raid on a bungalow in Madh Island in February 2021. .

On the basis of which the Mumbai Police accused Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra of making around 100 pornographic films while freezing the bank accounts of accused Thakur in Singapore, the statements of 43 witnesses were recorded in the case.

Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra was arrested in a raid at her home in July 2021 after the high-profile case was unearthed by the Mumbai Police's crime branch, but he was released on bail two months later.
