Pakistan and Saudi Arabia on Sunday signed two agreements on manpower recruitment and professional test program.
The Saudi Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare has entered into an agreement with the Pakistani Ministry of Overseas Pakistan regarding the recruitment of Pakistani workers.
Signed by Dr. Adnan Al Naeem, Secretary International Affairs on behalf of the State and Bilal Akbar, Lieutenant General (Retd) Ambassador on behalf of Pakistan.According to the state-run news agency SPA, the agreement aims to regulate the import of workers from Pakistan. To protect the rights and duties of employers and employers and to give the right direction to the employment relationship between the parties.
Profession Test Agreement has also been signed between Takamil Company and National Institute of Professional and Technical Training in Pakistan.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ahmed Yamani, Executive Chairman of Takamil Company and Shafqat Mahmood, Minister of Education of Pakistan.
The Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare is pursuing a policy of strengthening partnerships with international parties and strategic relations at home and abroad, and agreements are part of this.
The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of Pakistan's Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood's visit to Saudi Arabia.
According to a statement from Pakistan's foreign ministry, the recruitment agreement will help improve the process of transferring Pakistani employees to most of Saudi Arabia's professions.
Under the agreement, the rights of Pakistani employees will be protected and they will be provided legal protection in Saudi Arabia.
The agreement will also help employees resolve disputes with their employers, related companies and agencies.
Under the agreement, skilled and certified employees will be sent to Saudi Arabia.
According to the statement, certification of skilled employees will enable Pakistan's technical manpower to be trained abroad.
