KABUL: Inamullah Samangani, deputy spokesman for the Taliban government in Afghanistan, says the Indian student has proved that the hijab is not Arabic or Iranian culture but Islamic values.

Inamullah Samangani, deputy spokesman for the Taliban government, tweeted about Muslim girl Miskan Khan, who had spoken out against Hindu extremists on the issue of hijab, saying that the struggle of Muslim girls for hijab in India made it clear that it was not Arabic, Iranian, Egyptian or Pakistani culture. Rather, it is Islamic values.
