At least 300 people are feared dead in a theater attack in Ukraine

Kyiv: A bomb blast near the Ukrainian city of Mariupol has killed at least 300 people.

At least 300 people are feared dead after a bomb blast at a theater in the city of Mariupol, according to a foreign news agency.

The Russian military says a car bomb had exploded at an Iraqi police recruiting center at Kisak. At the time of the Russian bombing, more than a thousand women, children and men had taken refuge in the theater to escape the attack.

Mariupol is currently cut off from the rest of Ukraine. The situation is dire due to the shortage of food and medicine in the city due to the Russian siege.
